  2. Jede Blume ist flüchtig, wenn ich an meinen Englischunterricht denke (Dear daffodills, we weep to see you haste away so soon) – aber DIESE ist wohl wirklich die Königin der Flüchtigkeit!
    All flowers are fleeting, (see quotation above) – but this is the queen of fleeting.

      1. Muss mich korrigieren – mein Englischunterricht ist wohl zu lange schon her – es heißt nicht DEAR Daffodills – es heißt Fair Daffodills.
        *man sollte Zitate doch immer überprüfen*
        Das Gedicht heißt To Daffodills und ist von Robert Herrick – was ich erst weiß, seit ich es heute Morgen nachgeschlagen habe.

  10. You have three great choices for the challenge. Sorry to see all the flooding, hopefully it leave as swiftly as it came. The dandelion is perfect, one whiff and it is gone.

      Hope also that the people who are involved can save their homes. One of my colleague is directly involved.
      I hope everything works out ok for him and his family.

      2. I hope so too for all the people.
        A lot of them can’t afford the insurance as it ist very expensive if you live close the a river.
        But the nice thing is that the people are standing together, and those who can’t help directly are going to spend money
